The apartment is situated on the second floor in a new development of traditional architectural style “Alex 2” built to a high standard. The apartment is larger than most in the area, fully equiped and tastefully furnished to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, hob and extractor. There is a built in fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, together with a selection of cooking utensils. |

The lounge/dining room is equipped with a table and six chairs, a large sofa that converts into a double bed, coffee table, 32” LCD TV with satellite TV and DVD. |

There is a separate entrance hall with doors to the living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are coat hooks for coats, shoe storage cupboard and a mirror. |

Towels and linen are provided and changed each week.
Additional changes can be arranged for a small charge and paid locally. Also provided are iron/ ironing board, hairdryer. |

Prices are for the property per night in Euros. Long-term rentals of at least 2 weeks - 35% discount. Early bookings at least 3 months ahead - 10% discount. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.

Accessibility
There are stairs leading up to the appartment which is on the second floor and this may present a problem to some people with mobility difficulties.

Check availability by email. A deposit of ˆ100 is required to confirm booking, full payment by 6 weeks before arrival date. If booking less than 6 weeks before holiday is due to start, full payment is required at booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit card.
